I've always been very closely involved in the sport of natural bodybuilding for years now. During these years I met numerous bodybuilders, trainers and made alot of new friends. I was inspired from stories and success in the sport that motivated and encouraged me to reach my goals and to create this website. Remember the old saying no pain no gain that is so true.  The knowledge I gained from the sport made me live better and made me enjoy life to the fullest possible, but it didn't stop there, I also look years younger and look better in clothes than I ever did before.

I also learned about nutrition which is a base of all success or failures in natural bodybuilding.  Learning to build muscle and losing fats is a challenge on Guam or anywhere around the world because we are surrounded with foods high in fats, cholesterol, transfats and sugar. And to top that, Guam has traditional parties or fiesta that served foods that are very tempting that we would never eat if we were on a diet. By educating ourselves about the foods we eat and how important to maintain an active lifestyle, we can achieve a better lifestyle and teach others in the process. After all is in that what we all want a healthier life and free of diseases?

The good news is you don't really have to go through years of trial and error. Where is Guam?

How many times do I get e-mails from visitors asking me where is Guam? Most people don't know where is Guam and when they are told it's a U.S. territory they are shocked, "OMG I thought it was a foreign place" Yup! I get that alot.

Guam is a very family oriented Island. It's well visited from tourist around the world especially Japanese. One thing I like about Guam is the travel time. I don't have to drive two hours or more to get where I want to go. And most of the time it's a very short distant to the store or to the mall, maybe 30 minutes. Yes we have malls, parks, water parks, five star hotels, gyms, massage parlors, zoos, well I can't tell you everything, I'm pretty sure you get the picture. It's a very civilized place to settle down and raise a family. Crime rate is low, schools are above average but yes, you still can get a decent education here. Wages are comparable to the states in most establishments I've seen.  If you work for the federal government wages are above your expectation, good pay. If your planning on traveling to Guam, there's no harm in doing that. Best of all Guam is part of the United States of America. But I warn you that you might fall in love with the place.
