  • I have man tits what should I do?

As you grow older or the lesser you go to the gym your chest will start to resemble a woman's chest.  You start to have man boobs.

Look out for foods which contains estrogen and causes males to grow tits. Female hormones are injected in animals raised to be slaughtered. If you eat a lot of meat products, it's time to cut down.

Dropping body fat by getting a regular workout and building muscles will eliminate the look of man tits. Sometimes it could be a hormone issue called gynecomastia check out your doctor. Contributing factors can also be medications, environmental contaminants, or food sources; Xenostogen: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenoestrogen  Phytoestogens: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phytoestrogen
Cut off all unfermented soy products, tofus and avoid drink or food in plastic, wrap, styrofoam cups containers. Stop using lotions that contains tea tree oil or lavender. Read here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/6318043.stm
My suggestion is to lose weight or body fat which also helps in normalizing your hormone balance.

  • How do I lower my high blood pressure?

High blood pressure (hypertension) also knows as "the silent killer". Normally there are no symptoms thats the reason blood pressure should be checked regularly. When you are overweight your heart has to work harder to pump blood especially after you turn forty, your body starts to slow down a bit including your heart.
